Spring

Hello! We have had a wonderful / busy last month.

Scott came out to visit over Easter weekend.  It was so much fun to see him and have him up here with us in Montana.  We spent a very relaxing weekend eating, catching up and hunting Easter Egg with our church and with some friends.  It was Gavin's first egg hunt, he loved finding eggs and of course eating the candy. Sage was a trooper, just tagging along with a smile.

Brian finally got his resident state fishing license.  We live minutes away from the beautiful Missouri River.  Gavin has gone with him a couple times and is so cute.

Papa came up here mid-May to help Brian with the yard.  They started off working on the fence; cementing posts, putting up cross beams.  They then got the top soil spread and started on the sod, we found a few extra guys to help.  This was huge since we sodded the whole yard. I am sure he was so ready to go back home - hopefully his next trip here with be more restful:)
The yard is going to look amazing-I can't wait to post the finished project!  I'm so thankful for a husband who is hard working and that can do things like build a fence, lay sod...Brian has been working his tail off!
Brian and I got to take advantage of T being here - we had a nice night out at a Diamond Rio concert with our great friends Christy and Jeb.

Gavin went back to Colorado Springs with Papa to spend a week with Nana and Papa.  He was so excited to fly in an airplane. They had a fun full schedule planned for him.  He spent his time at the driving range and riding on the golf cart with papa, playing on the backyard playset with Noah and spent some time with Shelbie and her kids Kai, Addie and Eli.  Grandpa even made a trip down to spend some time with him.  Gavin also enjoyed quality time with his cousins Noah, Helena and Anaiah.  As much as we missed him we took advantage of him being gone by eating out, getting some one on one time with Sage and getting a lot of work done in the yard when she went to sleep... since it stays light here until 10.

June is going to be a fun month: we are heading to Fairmont Hot springs this weekend for Brian's birthday (thanks dad), Sage is turning 1, Preston is coming out, Jesse is planning a visit and I am going to visit Andrea in New York - wahoo!!
